Community Assistance Center Holds Open House Today

The Community Assistance Center will hold an open house from 1-4 p.m., Tuesday.
Since it was founded in 1987, the CAC has helped over 15,000 families in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area. Last year, executive director Tamara Carrera told Patch that the CAC food pantry is partly stocked by 22,000 pounds in excess food from area restaurants.
The CAC is located at 1130 Hightower Trail.
