Nearby Sandy Springs: Girl Reports Being Followed by Suspicious SUV
A 12-year-old Dunwoody girl said the driver and passenger repeatedly got out of the vehicle to open the rear door and approach her.
Dunwoody Police are investigating a 12-year-old girl’s report of being followed along the street in her Springfield subdivision.
Dunwoody Police Officer Tim Fecht told WSB-TV News that an SUV repeatedly pulled up next to the girl as she walked down Springfield Drive. At different times the driver and passenger got out of the vehicle to open the rear door and approach her.
She eventually ran to people nearby who called her parents.
The strangers were in an older model SUV that Fecht described as possibly an older Honda Passport or CRV with a several stickers. One reads, “Peace, love, war,” according to the WSB report.
