Riverwood International Charter School PTSA hosts J. Tom Morgan presenting information from his book, Ignorance is No Defense, for teenagers and parents on Georgia laws - including the consequences of violating the law. Ignorance is No Defense offers advice to help teenagers not only avoid violating the law, but also to avoid being victims of crime.
The event is free and open to ALL parents and students (Morgan will also meet with 9th and 10th graders earlier in the day).
Copies of the book are available for a pre-order price of $15.00 (by printing form from website and sending a check payable to Riverwood PTSA to the office, or by mailing it to: RICS, c/o Riverwood PTSA, 5900 Raider Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328), or $20.00 at the door.

More About Riverwood International Charter School
As a magnet school, more than half of the students at Riverwood participate in the International Studies Program, which focuses on global economics.
