There are few names in the Italian wine business that garner as much respect as that of Valdicava. Since 1968, they have been making world class wines of structure and power. However, it was only relatively recently that Valdicava burst onto the international wine scene when Wine Spectator reviewed their 2001 Brunello and honored it with one of the first Italian 100 point ratings. Their wines are truly collectors items and you have the rare opportunity to try a couple older vintages along with 4 delicious courses prepared by Culinary Director Chad Crete and Chef Edwin Molina.
