The SSPD Women's Self Defense Class is held monthly, on a Thursday night (date varies) from 6-8pm at the SSPD, 7840 Roswell Rd, Suite 301, Sandy Springs, GA 30350.
The class is free is and is open to women 18 years of age and older; less then 18 must be with a parent.
The class date varies due to several factors. There is a short waiting list, so please contact me directly to be placed on the list or if you have any questions. When the April class fills up, you will remain on the list and I will contact you several weeks before your class with a date.
