Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruanowas was found shot to death on the ground at 215 Northwood Drive on November 15. Tranquilino Lorenzo-Garcia remains a fugitive in the murder.

Rosales-Ruanowas was found shot to death on the ground at 215 Northwood Drive on November 15. Garcia-Lorenzo was seen running from the location dressed in a grey coat and green hat. He is described as 5-feet tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
