Get Out: Five Things to Do This Weekend
Get fall started with music, comedy and fall events.
- Fall Equinox Star Gazing. Learn about the night sky and celebrate the Fall Equinox with the Atlanta Astronomy Club. - Earth, Wind & Fire. Don’t miss the iconic American funk and R&B band, Earth, Wind & Fire, 8 p.m. Friday at Chastain Park.
- Blondie. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer performs, today, at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. Show starts at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.
- Fall Container Gardening. The North Fulton Master Gardeners will answer questions and provide fun and informative gardening advice focusing on the plants that are best for fall containers to brighten up your porch or patio. 10 a.m. Saturday at the , 6075 Sandy Springs Cir NE.
- Comedian Jo Koy. Known for his appearances on E!’s late night show Chelsea Lately, comedian Jo Koy will be at The Punchline, tonight through Saturday. Visit the website for showtimes and ticket prices.
- Elvis Costello and The Imposters. The English singer/songwriter is performing at 8 p.m. Saturday at Chastain Park.
