Movies by Moonlight Screens 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' on Friday
The film is the second installment of the annual outdoor movies series presented by Leadership Sandy Springs.
Leadership Sandy Springs' annual Movies by Moonlight continues Friday with the screening of "Oz: The Great and Powerful," on the lawn at the Hitson Activity Center, at Sandy Springs United Methodist Church.
Festivities start at 6 p.m. The film starts at dusk. The Hitson Center is located at 86 Mount Vernon Highway.
"Oz" is the second installment of the Movies by Moonlight series. Moviegoers saw "The Croods" on Aug. 23. The final film of the season, "Wreck it Ralph" runs on Sept. 27.
Folks are encouraged to arrive early and picnic. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, but snacks and drinks can be purchased onsite. Pets and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
