3 Fall Tips for Your Yard

3 Quick Tips for your Fall Yard that you can knock out in a day or two.

It's fall and here are few tips for you to keep in mind.

1)Rake the Yard. Pay the neighbor's kid or throw on some salsa and skip your Zumba class this week (although don't wear the Zumba belt, they don't go well with sweats). Right now the weather is not terribly cold and the truth is leaves and acorns can damage the lawn. This is especially true if this is a newly seeded lawn this year.

2) If you love Holland, then now is the time to plant the tulip bulbs. Or if you love any flowers that sprouts from a bulb now is the time to get those in the ground. Don't forget to water!

3) Tree trimming season has arrived. As trees enter their dormant season and so do the insects, the time for tree trimming comes around. Do some research on how to precisely prune your tree according to its type, age and health. Consult a professional tree service for larger or dangerous trimming jobs.

Good luck! After your day in the yard don't forget to enjoy a cup of steaming cider and relish in the fact that mowing season has passed!
