Caruso & Minini Wine Tasting

On Tuesday, August 23, Double Zero Napoletana is hosting a Caruso & Minini wine tasting at 7 p.m.  This special event is $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and will include a selection of wines from the award-winning Italian winery as well as delicious appetizers by Executive Chef John Coley.   The tasting menu includes:

  • Bruschetta made with cantaloupe and prosciutto paired with Caruso & Minini Inzolia ‘08
  • Arancini made with lemon saffron risotto, peas, red pepper scamorza cheese, roasted yellow pepper coulis and Meyer lemon honey paired with Caruso & Minini Grillo Timpune ‘08
  • Margherita pizza made with DOP San Marzano tomatoes, Mozzarella di bufala Campana DOP and basil paired with Caruso & Minini Nero D’ Avola ‘07
  • Strawberry Napoleon made with puff pastry, fresh strawberries, lemon crème and strawberry basil compote
