Last summer, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten said he has always been in love with food. The famed chef owns and manages restaurants around the world. One of his latest is Portico, which opens in the new Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel, in June.
During a "CBS This Morning" interview, last August, Jean-Georges said his success is his knack for creating the right restaurant concepts in the best locations; and maintaining consistency on the menu.
Portico’s executive chef Brian Lee plans to bring a personal twist to international plates, such as Lemongrass infused Lobster Bisque, an Asian influenced variation, the hotel website says.
