SSPC Gala Spotlights Breadwinner Café as Restaurant of the Year [Photos]

The inaugural event was held last Saturday night at Heritage Hall in Sandy Springs.

 

The Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber rolled out the red carpet for its inaugural Sandys Awarsds, a black-tie event at Heritage Hall, last Saturday.

Big winners for the night were Breadwinner Café for Restaurant of the Year; Nothing Bundt Cakes for Small Business of the Year; and Adam Roth of Jason’s Deli for Community Volunteer of the year.

Chosen from a list of finalists, these three 2012 award winners represent some of the best of what Sandy Springs has to offer. Other finalists included Egg Harbor Café and Three Sheets for Restaurant of the Year, SolTerra Landscaping and Kelley Sammons Armstrong Toole & Ellison for Small Business of the Year, and Carla Sweetwood and Carolyn Axt for Community Volunteer of the Year.

In addition, the SSPC’s 2012 Chairman’s Circle members were recognized with placques, and the Board’s Chamber Member of the Year award went to Patty Conway. Kim Gay received the Board Member of the Year award for her development of the SSPC Healthcare Collaborative.
