What Should Go Here? One-time Mexican Restaurant

Tell us your vision for this Sandy Springs vacancy, on Roswell Road.

This building on Roswell Road has been vacant for quite some time. The structure is located next door to Flashers. Back in 1990, it was a Mexican restaurant. We think it was a Pappasito’s Cantina. Does that ring true to you? Tell us what you think should go here?

La Paz was a really good place to eat. Took my kids there often, when they were little.

After LaPaz, which was FABULOUS, it was Club Nastalgia which I believe was owned (and still is owned) by the same person that owns Flasher's! I agree, it would be very hard to put a family restaurant there. Other than the problem of being next door to Flasher's, it is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot there. There have been many, many wrecks leaving that parking lot and Flasher's (I know when it was McNeely's Restaurant) parking lot as you can't see what is coming up the hill. Maybe a Brewery would be good for there.

There is a nice La Paz in the Vinings Jubilee shopping district. It is a very nice place in a converted church. I was also sorry to see the one on Roswell Road close. Uncle Julios at the intersection of Hammond Drive and P'tree Dunwoody is an excellent alternative.

Pappasitos is located on Windy Hill Road next to Pappadeaux's Seafood. Two EXCELLENT restaurants.
