Community Update

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPLEX YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I rented an apartment here for my son (college student) to put him close to Marta, WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! We had originally asked to move in early but were told the unit was being prepped (carpet cleaned, painted, etc.) for move in and would take a week, what a joke that was, found out carpet was cleaned the morning we were set to move in and was dripping wet. It was clearly obvious that he unit had not been painted due to all the cracks in the walls and paint missing on all wall corners. The countertops had not even been cleaned, the cabinets had dead bugs in them, and the bathroom was disgusting. It took us a whole day to clean, and wait for the carpet to dry, before we could even begin to move in. I have since read other reviews and found out we are not the only ones that experienced this. In addition to the USELESS management staff, poor maintenance and nonexistent grounds keeping, This complex is CRIME RIDDEN a direct quote from the Sandy Springs police officer that responded to our call after we were broken into and had over $15,000 worth of items stolen. Thank god the lease is up in Feb!!!!! This place is so unsafe I have decided to just pay the last months rent and move my son to a different complex in the area!!!!
