MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR HARRIET MILLS at Big Trees Forest Preserve
Please join the Sandy Springs Council of Neighborhoods (SSCN) and the Watershed Alliance of Sandy Springs (WASS) on Sunday, October 28, 2012, at 2:00 PM to honor Harriett Mills who was beloved by all who knew her. The dedication of a Carolina Silverbell tree and a memorial bench, along Powers Branch Creek, will be held at Big Trees Forest Preserve, 7645 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs.
Through her years of dedicated leadership on the boards of SSCN and WASS, she exhibited a consistent interest in protecting the Sandy Springs neighborhoods, our watersheds and our tree rich environment.
