Frozen Pints helps make Turner Field a little sweeter for Opening Day

Now baseball fans can have their beer and eat it too at Turner Field! Beginning on Opening Day for Turner Field, Tuesday, April 8th, Frozen Pints craft beer ice cream will be available to patrons in single serve sizes that come with a built-in spoon. Fans simply need to look for the branded ice cream cart by Aisle 118 on the Field Level to take advantage of the Atlanta-based company’s most popular flavors including Malted Milk Chocolate Stout, Vanilla Bock, Brown Ale Chip, and Peach Lambic.

“We always knew we wanted to make it to The Ted and saw it as a milestone for Frozen Pints, so to finally get there is a special moment for us – a recognition that we’re a part of the Atlanta community,” says Ari Fleischer, co-founder of Frozen Pints. “Not to mention, there’s nothing more perfect on a hot summer day than baseball and beer ice cream – talk about classic American!”

Launching more than a year ago, Frozen Pints craft beer ice cream, the first product to market of its kind, can be found in more than 130 retail spots and restaurants in metro Atlanta, Macon, Peachtree City, Sewanee, Woodstock and Athens, Georgia, and is now available at the Georgia Dome and Turner Field. Using the finest craft beers and freshest local ingredients, Frozen Pints manufactures five distinct flavors out of Atlanta, Georgia: Peach Lambic, Honey IPA, Brown Ale Chip, Malted Milk Chocolate Stout, and Vanilla Bock and offers specialty and seasonal flavors throughout the year. Most recently, Frozen Pints joined forces with Chicago’s Goose Island Brewery to release “Strawberry Sofie” craft beer ice cream throughout Georgia as part of its Limited Release series.
