Harvest Beer Dinner at Food 101

On Thursday, October 24 at 6:45 p.m., Food 101 will host a beer dinner with one of Georgia’s most popular craft beer purveyors, The Beer Growler.  Head chef Justin Keith, of Food 101, has prepared four courses alongside a selection of award-winning Beer Growler brews.  Patrons of the dinner will indulge in a seasonally and Thanksgiving-inspired menu that includes Grilled Georges Bank Scallops, Grilled Niman Ranch Bratwurst Sausage with Braised Red Cabbage, and Chocolate Oatmeal Bread Pudding with a Bacon Caramel drizzle. For $45 (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will enjoy four courses including full bottles and pints of beer.
