Learn about your fertility options to start building a family at afree seminar led by Kathryn C. Calhoun, MD, one of ACRM's Reproductive Endocrinologists on June 24 at 7:00 pm.
This seminar includes information about the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, options available to help build your family as well as a Q&Asession. Attendees also have the opportunity to speak with the physician individually following the Q&A session.
Additionally, one of our patient support representatives will answer questions regarding insurance and financial programs available to our patients. All attendees will also get a Free Blood Test to check their eggs (AMH), with results given by ACRM.
Out of sensitivity to other attendees please do not bring any children to the seminar.
