Puppy Rescued from Fulton Shelter Doing Well in N.C.

A puppy with mange and kennel cough who was rescued from the Fulton County Animal Shelter is improving in Western North Carolina.

Underground Tailroad has posted a video of a thriving Lara retrieving a toy, running and having fun. The video is attached to this article.

The dog had been tied to a telephone pole when she was found and taken in by animal control. She had demodectic mange and kennel cough, according to Underground Tailroad.
