Camp Kudzu Extends Thanks to Walmart Foundation's State Giving Program

Camp Kudzu would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Walmart Foundation’s State Giving Program for their recent donation of $30,000 to support our non-profit organization.

Our camp is committed to educating, empowering and inspiring youth with diabetes. We serve more than 600 campers annually through summer and day camps, family weekends, and teen programs in Georgia.

The generosity of the Walmart Foundation and others allows for children and teens to learn critical medical skills and understand they are not alone in managing this chronic, yet incurable, disease.

For many, Camp Kudzu is the most effective diabetes education they receive after their initial diagnosis. To that end, all contributions, big and small, are extremely important to our campers. Without this generosity, our campers may not have the chance to attend our programs to learn important medical practices and realize that they can achieve their dreams while living with diabetes.

In closing, we sincerely thank the Walmart Foundation’s State Giving Program and all of our donors who help support Camp Kudzu. To learn more about our organization, please visitwww.campkudzu.org.
