71-Year-Old Sandy Springs Man Still Missing

He was last seen at his Sandy Springs home on Tuesday night. His vehicle was found parked at the Don White Memorial Park in Roswell.

Roswell Police continued their search for 71-year-old James “Gary” Morris, Thursday, at Don White Memorial Park along the Chattahoochee River and Riverside Road. 

A Mattie’s Call is out for Morris. He was last seen at his Sandy Springs home on Tuesday night. His vehicle was found parked at the Don White site. 

Police said Morris, 5-foot-6 inches tall and 160 pounds, has a history of depression and medical needs.

A WSB-TV report said his family hired a private helicopter to assist in the search and handed out fliers at Azalea Park.

Morris' family hired a private helicopter to fly, and friends set up a makeshift headquarters at Azalea Park to hand out fliers and to search on the ground.
