Sandy Springs police issued arrest warrants for Trasher, who they said is a "flight risk," on identity fraud and forgery in the second degree charges after he allegedly obtained the passport under another name.

Thrasher was indicted in early 2013 on child molestation, sexual battery and aggravated sexual battery following a police investigation that started in November 2012.

Earlier this year, Thrasher was arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license. That charge stems from complaints that Thrasher was seeing patients in his office, which violates the Georgia State Licensing Board's suspension of his license pending the disposition of the earlier cases.

Thrasher is possibly driving a silver 2011 Acura MDX, with Georgia tag PCS6407.

Anyone with information on Thrasher's whereabouts is asked to contact Sandy Springs police at 770-551-6900.
