Dunwoody and Sandy Springs Police Arrest Perimeter Shoplifters

A group of suspects were arrested Thursday after they were suspected of trying to steal three gaming devices from Best Buy.

 

A joint effort of the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody Police Departments netted a group of people suspected of stealing from Perimeter-area retail stores.

Dunwoody Police were first called to Best Buy Thursday because a group of women were attempting to exit the store with three Xbox 360s, according to Dunwoody Police.

Management confronted the group for suspicion of stealing the devices and they dropped the merchandise and fled.

A search of one of the suspect’s vehicle produced numerous items of clothing from several stores at Perimeter Mall, police said.
