Update: Ga. 400 Motorcycle Wreck Kills Woman, Brother Charged

A female motorcycle passenger was killed in an early Saturday morning crash on Ga. 400 near Holcomb Bridge Road.

Roswell Police identified the victim as Sarah Howell, 28, of Alpharetta. Howell fell off the motorcycle when it swiped a wall, and was hit by a car.

The driver of the motorcycle, David Neil Howell, the victim's brother, was arrested and charged by Roswell Police with first degree vehicular homicide, DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and violating his motorcycle instructional permit. 

Police are searching for a black 2005 Jeep Liberty they believe to be the other vehicle involved in the accident. The vehicle likely is damaged on the front passenger side.
