Five Annoying Thefts Around Sandy Springs

Thefts that no doubt really annoy the victims.

Here are some thefts this month, provided by Sandy Springs Police Capt. Steve Rose.

  • A resident on Granite Ridge reported that while she was out of town, her electrician contacted her and informed her that her AC unit was missing.
  • A woman on Mount Paran Parkway reported that someone removed jewelry from her home. She said several contractors have been in the home doing renovations.
  • A man  on Jefferson Drive reported that overnight, someone stole his Chevy Tahoe, gold in color.
  • Christmas lights were stolen on Huntcliff Trace.
  • On Green Hill Road, someone stole a basketball goal, still packaged, from the back of his residence. He said that his dogs began barking around 11 a.m. and at that time he saw a gray 4D Toyota Tundra in front of his house. That could be the suspect’s vehicle.
