Husband's Mug Shot: Grand Jury Scheduled to Hear Shooting Case of Sandy Springs Attorney
Although scheduled for Friday, the Grand Jury could hear the case Tuesday.
Michael Parson is in Van Zandt County Texas Jail and could be indicted by a Grand Jury on Friday in the April 20 shooting of his wife Adina Parson. However, the Grand Jury date could come as soon as Tuesday, police say.
Late Saturday night, Parson was arrested near Tyler Texas by Texas Highway Patrol following a traffic stop.

“He got stopped from a traffic offense,” said Sandy Springs Police Capt. Steve Rose. “They ran him on the computer and saw that he was wanted for the shooting. I don’t know where he was headed…We know he was headed west.”
, three in the head, in the late night hours of April 20, outside her apartment at Residences of Morgan Falls off Roswell Road. She remains in critical condition at Grady Hospital.

Initially, Michael Parson did not appear to be a suspect in the investigation. He was cooperative Rose said, but little things didn’t check out as days passed by.
Parson was on the run for one day after warrants were issued last Friday.
Warrants on Parson include aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, giving false statements in writing and concealing the facts of a felony.
