Update: Sandy Springs Police Identify Suspect in Friday Morning Murder
Police also identified the victim as 28-year old Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruano.
Sandy Springs Police detectives have obtained murder warrants for 31-year old Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo, AKA “Frankie,” for the murder of 28-year old Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruano, just before 10 a.m. Friday Morning on Northwood Drive.
According to Sandy Springs Police Capt. Steve Rose, Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruanowas was shot on the sidewalk between the shopping center and Highland Circle Apartments, next door.

Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo was seen running from the location dressed in a grey coat and green hat. He is described as 5-feet tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
