Sandy Springs Arrest Men For Shooting From Balcony

Two men were allegedly firing off a semi-automatic rifle from a balcony of an apartment unit on Tuesday.

Two men have been arrested for allegedly shooting a semi-automatic rifle from an apartment complex balcony in Sandy Springs.

Joshuan Caclarius Gillam, 23, Randy La' Mar Richburg, 24, were both arrested just after midnight on Tuesday, March 25 at 405 Monterrey Parkway after the Sandy Springs Police Department received complaints of gunfire coming from an apartment unit. 

Both men have been charged with reckless conduct for allegedly shooting an AR-15 from the balcony of the unit.

Along with the reckless conduct charge, Richburg was also charged with giving a false name. Along with Sandy Springs, Richburg was wanted on warrants from Doraville, Dunwoody and Gwinnett County on charges including failure to appear and probation violation.

The agency logged the semi-automatic rifle into its property unit as evidence.
