Sandy Springs Nab Armed Robbery Suspects

Two men have been charged in connection with three armed robbery incidents in Sandy Springs.

Two men have been arrested and charged in a three recent armed robberies that hit Sandy Springs.

Jevon Thomas and Kayshawn James, both 22, have been arrested and charged in connection to the crimes that happened earlier this week. 

Thomas, who has been charged with three counts of armed robbery, was arrested following a March 2 armed robbery at a Quik Trip convenience store. 

Detectives with the Sandy Springs Police Department were able to obtain two additional warrants, charging Thomas with two other incidents: one involving the armed robbery of a taxi cab driver at 8800 Dunwoody Place and the armed robbery of a pedestrian in the same area.

James was charged with armed robbery in the pedestrian incident.  

Both men are behind bars at the Fulton County Jail.
