Sandy Springs Police Run for Georgia Special Olympics, Thursday

The annual run that teams up the SSPD and Dunwoody Police starts at 10 a.m. at the old Target building on Johnson Ferry Road.

 

Sandy Springs Police partners with Dunwoody Police, Thursday, for the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Georgia Special Olympics. 

The run, which is approximately four miles, starts at 10 a.m., at Johnson Ferry Road and Sandy Springs Circle, the site of the old Target building.

The run continues along Mount Vernon Highway east, crossing Roswell Road and moving into the City of Dunwoody.

The run concludes at the Publix Store, 5550 Chamblee Dunwoody Road just north of Mount Vernon Highway. Staging will take place at the old Target at 9:30 a.m.
