  • Melinda Carter, 2013 Distinguished Service of the Year, Sandy Springs Fire & Rescue
  • Battalion Commander Daryl Smith, Fire Officer of the Year 2013
  • Firefighter Jeremiah "Jeremy" Green, 2013 Paramedic of the Year, Sandy Springs Fire & Rescue
  • Firefighter Reginald McClendon, 2013 Firefighter of the Year, Sandy Springs Fire & Rescue

Police:

  • Erica Adams, 2013 Civilian Employee of the Year, Sandy Springs Police Department
  • Sergeant Ron Momon, 2013 Officer of the Year, Sandy Springs Police Department
