Sandy Springs Woman Pushed Co-Worker into Wal-Mart Cooler

Police arrested a food demonstration employee at the Milton Wal-Mart after she allegedly pushed her co-worker into a cooler over an issue at the food demonstration table.

Blame it on the cutting board - that's what started a physical fight between two co-workers at the Wal-Mart on Windward Parkway, a Roswell woman told Milton Police.

According to a report by Channel 2, which has a video of the altercation, the women were preparing for a food demonstration last Saturday, June 16, when Sandy Springs resident Dorothy Kemp, 63, took a cutting board from Marissa Moody. After repeated attempts to get back the board, Moody, 56, who lives in Roswell, told Kemp that she couldn't find any sanitizing spray in the back and took the one on Kemp's food prep cart.

As she walked away, Kemp ran up behind Moody, grabbed the spray and pushed Moody into the nearest fruit cooler, reports the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. Lodged in the cooler and unable to get out on her own, another co-worker had to help Moody out.

Kemp was arrested and charged with simple battery and Moody was taken to for x-rays and physical therapy.
