Tranquilino Lorenzo-Garcia remains a fugitive in Friday Shooting

Sandy Springs Police have flyers in both English and Spanish are being distributed in the area and have issued information to INS and U.S. Border Patrol, to be on the lookout.

Tranquilino Lorenzo-Garcia remains a fugitive following the Nov. 15 shooting at 215 Northwood Drive in Sandy Springs.

Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruanowas was shot on the sidewalk between the shopping center and Highland Circle Apartments, next door. 

Police found him on the ground. 

Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo was seen running from the location dressed in a grey coat and green hat. He is described as 5-feet tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
