The Abernathy Greenway linear park is under construction by the City of Sandy Springs in tandem with the GDOT road widening project along Abernathy and Johnson Ferry Roads.
Join the Sandy Springs Conservancy and the City of Sandy Springs for a walk to the park and a first look at the Abernathy Greenway which is scheduled to open later in the year. Bring family, neighbors and friends, a brown bag lunch, and a blanket to sit on the grass.
Drinks, treats, and games will be provided.
