Get Out! Your Halloween Weekend Plans Are Here

Get out and enjoy your Halloween weekend in Sandy Springs.

  • Disco with the Dead for Halloween. Dance the night away with a pre-Halloween Disco with the Dead Bash. Featuring prizes for costumes and food and drink specials. 8 p.m., Saturday, at , 227 Sandy Springs Place N.E. Free admission.
  • Ghostly Gathering. This fun event is geared for children ages 2-12-years old, and offers a safe environment for children and families to enjoy the Halloween season. The event will include face painting, fortune-telling by Madame Know-it-All, Freaky Food Concessions, Halloween crafts, games and more. 6 p.m., Friday, at , 6110 Blue Stone Road N.E. $5 at the gate.
  • Aqua Boo! Aqua Blue restaurant gets spooky on Saturday at the 10th Annual Halloween Monster Bash The fun starts with a la carte dining at 4 p.m., including specially priced creepy cocktails and ghoulish appetizers. The DJ gets started at 9 p.m. Guests are encouraged to wear their best costume for the costume contest at 11 p.m.; $300 in cash and prizes are up for grabs for the winners.   • Riverwood Homecoming Parade. Head out to cheer for Riverwood on Friday! The Homecoming Parade begins at Heards Ferry Elementary. A Pregame Tailgate Picnic will follow the parade on the plaza from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at Riverwood International Charter School, 5900 Heards Drive N.W. The game against Grady High School starts at 7:30 p.m., Friday.
  • Party in Pink Zumbathon. Get your hips moving and heart pumping as you burn calories for this year’s Party in Pink Zumbathon® charity event featuring guest Zumba Education Specialist, Erick Santana. The 2-hour Master Zumba Class’s proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.10 a.m., Saturday at the , 8 Concourse Pkwy N.E. Members and non-members are welcome. $20 donation requested.
  • Trunk Sale Fundraiser by the North Springs Theatre Community. Sellers buy a $20 parking spot to sell their stuff and buyers will browse for free for bargains, gifts and fun while supporting the local sellers and the theatre program at North Springs Charter High School. 10 a.m., Saturday at North Springs High School, 7747 Roswell Road.
