Sunday Alcohol Sales: How Will You Vote?

In anticipation of Election Day and the Sunday alcohol sales referendum, City Council clarified language in the resolution, on Tuesday.

Yes, indeed, residents can still vote on the measure on Election Day.

If passed, residents will be able to purchase alcohol from retailers on Sundays between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
