What’s Best for Sandy Springs: Bedroom Community or hip Place to Live, Work, Play?

Six years after Greenstone Properties and MetLife bought Lakeside Office Park, City Council approved rezoning of the property for a mixed-use development, last Tuesday.

 

Last week Sandy Springs settled a over rezoning for a mixed-use development on Glenridge Drive.

Neighbors and occupants at the nearby medical center building say the project will bring too much traffic to an already heavily traveled area.
