Fulton School Board Sets Sights On 2015 Budget

The board will hold a work session to work on the fiscal year 2015 budget on Thursday at 4 p.m.

The Fulton County School Board will begin work on its fiscal year 2015 budget during its work session on Thursday.

The work session will start at 4 p.m. March 20 at Dunwoody Springs Elementary School, which sits at 8100 Roberts Drive in Sandy Springs. 

The work session will be followed by the regular meeting, which will start at 6 p.m.

The board's agenda can be viewed online at BoardDocs, which makes the agenda items and supporting documents ready to view by the public.  

Items the board will consider include a contract to perform renovations at Chattahoochee and Roswell high schools; site and floor plans and building elevations for the new elementary school slated to be built on the southeast corner of the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Thomas Drive in Roswell; and the site and floor plan for the replacement Mount Olive and Heards Ferry elementary schools.
