Olympic Athlete to Attend Sandy Springs 5K at Woodland Elementary
Olympic track and field athlete Coby Miller is scheduled to run and sign t-shirts at the Sandy Springs Sprint 5K Family Fun Run/Walk. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the event.
Woodland Elementary School will host the Sandy Springs Sprint 5K Family Fun Run/Walk on Sept. 28. The event includes a Tot Trot (50 Yard Dash) for children ages three and under.
The race starts at 7 a.m. Race fees are $20 for adults, and $10 for children ages 4-17. Olympic track and field athlete Coby Miller is scheduled to run and sign t-shirts. Visit the Sandy Springs Sprint website for details.
The event benefits Woodland Elementary. Sponsorships range from the Bronze ($150) to the Benefactor($2,500) level. In‐Kind Donations are encouraged and welcomed. The following items are needed: Water bottles, Food/Fluids for race and course finish line, printing, and event race bags. Contact woodland@sandyspringssprint.com for details on how to donate.
