Woodland's charter expires in June. The school planned to apply for a new charter, which, if approved would take effect in the 2012/2013 school year. That would leave the school without a charter for a year.

Baskerville is highly regarded by most parents at Woodland. However, one parent commented that she was not surprised, implying the principal was forced out.
