Blood Drive, Tuesday
The blood drive is hosted by the American Red Cross, Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and Central Park Office Complex.
A blood drive will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesday at 7000 Central Parkway in the 3rd floor conference room.

According to the American Red Cross, before giving blood it's advised that you drink an extra 16 oz. of water, eat a healthy meal - avoiding fatty foods. And platelet donors should be free of aspirin for two days.
