Awards will be given to teams who collect the most food and have the best decorated shopping carts. Groups are encouraged to participate in team events.

Children and adults can participate in fitness and sporting events such as Snag Golf, Army fitness contests, basketball shooting contest, a cake walk and more. Children will also be able to visit The Kid Zone for activities and crafts, bounce houses, food, music, a bicycle raffle and more.

Those planning to attend the festival are asked to bring a food item, which will be donated towards the Community Assistance Center's food pantry for the summer months. The summer months are when requests for food assistance are at their highest, the organization said.
