Back Door Boxing is for real deal boxers who like that underground Rocky kind of feeling. There is a boxing ring in the middle of the gym floor and punching bags all around. There is even a Boxer dog named Heart, who will greet you when you enter the premises. Professional boxers train at this gym but all are welcomed. There are four to five trainers available, and group training classes are offered as well as a boxing boot camp.
