Kadampa Meditation Center is offering a Peace of Mind Day Retreat this coming Saturday, July 13, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The cost is $35.
The center posts on its website: "Through the power of the simple meditations and practices you’ll learn during this retreat, you will be able to more easily face and solve your daily problems, and eventually help others do the same."
