Are you looking for a class covering a variety of topics related to childbirth and specific to those planning a homebirth. Classes are taught by a certified childbirth educator, doula, apprentice midwife and homebirth mom (Nichole Feinauer, Trimesters).
Topics include: nutrition, exercise, stages and phases of labor, comfort techniques, complications and transports, supplies and birth space prep, breastfeeding & more!
