Sandy Springs will hold a pre-submittal conference at 10 a.m., Thursday at Heritage Sandy Springs, where interested parties can get additional information on the Request for Qualifications for a master developer partner.

Sandy Springs is looking for a development partner to lead efforts surrounding the 14-acre block bounded by Johnson Ferry Road to the north, Roswell Road to the east, Mount Vernon Highway to the south, and Sandy Springs Circle to the west. Ideally, the City Center project will be a mixed-use development with dining, luxury residential apartments, retail, a civic center cultural space and green space.

Phase one of the review process is Oct. 28-Nov. 1.
